Personal interviews

The purpose of the personal interview is to observe the candidate's interpersonal and communication skills.

Applicants are interviewed and screened by an IMS professional staff in the candidate's own country and in his own language, before becoming an actual employment candidate.

Passing the personal interview means that the applicant has been found to be a suitable employment candidate, independent and able to cope abroad in a foreign environment.
